2019 Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes “life happens” and you have to cancel your YouniquelyFit session. As our client, we hope that you understand that your trainer’s schedule is tight and as they say, “time is money.” For this reason, we have the following cancellation policy:
- If you cancel a YouniquelyFit session at least 24 hours’ before your scheduled appointment, you will not be charged.
- If you cancel within 24-hours from the start of your scheduled YouniquelyFit session, you will be charged for the session.
- You are allotted one free “no show” per year, meaning you can late cancel within 24 hours and not be charged.
When cancelling a session, please directly contact your YouniquelyFit Trainer.
Once a payment for a YouniquelyFit session or package is made, there will be no refunds.
